Undo Your Sent (G)Mail

Dear Readers

Learning all the features and tricks of Google and their products  can be made as a separate branch of Engineer as "Google Engineering " lolz :D.

And of course gmail is one such application, which has many features hidden inside.

One such option is You can undo the mail you have sent ! YES guys its true !!! Let us see how it is !!

Any how, let me come to the point directly, without travelling much. Almost everyone face a problem of sending some wrong mail and we want to undo it. Some guys with multiple girl friends will definitely face this problem :D lols. Of course this statement applies to Girls also :D.

 To all the guys and gals facing this problem in gmail, a good news is you can undo the sent gmail. But the thing is you have take the  action before the expiry of 30 seconds from the time mail sent. And you need to configure your gmail to perform this action.

Here is the step by step procedure to configure it.

Step 1 : Go to Setting Option in Gmail.

Step 2 : Select the "Labs"

In the Labs, If you scroll down you can find "Undo Send" Option

Step 4:  Select "Enable" Option

Step 5 : Press "Save Changes"

Your mail will get refreshed. After getting refreshed, again

Step 6: Go to Settings in Gmail

Step 7 : Select " General"

You can find a new option called " Undo Send"

Step 8 : Select the Time Delay from the drop down box ( 10, 20, 30)

Step 9 : Press "Save Changes"

And now your done !! You can now undo your mail before (10,20,30 ) seconds !!!
