We always have a confusion that what is animation, graphics, picture and image etc...
let me make it very simple...
Picture :
Any photograph which is real is said to be picture ex: drawing, painting
Image :
Any photograph which is produced from camera is said to be an Image
Pixel :
Smallest unit of an image is said to be pixel, collection of pixel will form an image.
Animation :
The term animation refers to motion, in animation we convert collection of image into a full length video
Graphics :
The term graphics refers to applying some effects to the animated images.
