Proud To be an Indian Engineer

Dear Readers !

In India, the words Engineer, Engineering got buzzed in the staring of 21st century. The growth of Engineering, especially IT sector made a huge impact in the Indian economy. Growth of IT sector, has also increased the per capita income. As a result of the growth, now India is one of the largest producers of Engineers in the world.

The Quality of Indian Engineering has got a recognition  recently by becoming the member of Washington Accord. This is considered to be the greatest milestone in the growth of Engineering in India. This  achievement was possible, because of the collective effort of Indian Engineers and the Indian Engineering System. Let me explain, what are the unique features that can be found among the Indian Engineers which sets them ahead from engineers produced from various other parts of the world.

Indian Engineers

1. Have strong Communication Skill. Communication skill doesn't mean that Indian Engineer can speak well in English. Of course, they are good in English. Here I refer to the  skill of expressing. Basically, Indians are good speakers and listeners and good in expressing their thoughts across.

2, Good Team players. Basically Indians follow a beautiful philosophy of " United We Stand, Divide We Fall "

3, Have a good leadership skill, as they always get inspired by great leaders, business tycoons, spiritual leaders etc.

4, Have a strong Reasoning Skill, Presentation Skill, Problem Solving Skill, and Decision making skill.

5. They will give a strong competition in everything, end it with a smile.

6. They knew how to build the nation with their brain, using Dollars, Pounds etc. You can see Indian Engineers all over the world with their home in India

7. Follow a mixed economical mind, they have both capitalism and communism in their mind.

8. Wherever they go, they always love Indian culture and tradition.

9. Will always be truthful to the organization to which they work, the country in which they live.

Above all

10. They all love their Mother, Mother Land ( India) unconditionally !!

These makes Indian Engineers to be far ahead from the rest of the world.
