CLOUD COMPUTING
Cloud computing is an emerging trend in the field of IT. The Basic idea of cloud computing comes from the Distributed computing. This type of computing is said to be “cloud” because we often denote internet with a cloud symbol. Before cloud computing it was grid computing a great buzz in the field of IT. Now we are travelling towards groud computing which is the combination of grid and cloud computing. Cloud computing has applications in various fields such as Education, Government.As said earlier before cloud computing it was grid computing ruled the world of IT. In grid computing task is shared over a multiple computers, and also we utilized the services provided by the known server. Underutilized resources of one server are used by another server via a virtually connection. But in cloud computing we are going to use the Internet for the task which is being done using the computer. Cloud computing enables users and developers to utilize services without knowledge of, expertise with, nor control over the technology infrastructure that supports them. In Grid computing a known server provided the service but in cloud computing an unknown 3rd party server provides the service.
