Dear Readers
In my earlier article i have started with the introduction to big data and at the end of the article i have mentioned that i am going to discuss about certain things. One among is that why we need to move to big data? and what is problem in the existing available tools.
1. Existing available tools can process only structured and ordered data. At certain level it can manage to process unstructured data. But it cannot process large volume of unstructured or semi structured data. But in real time we have large volume of such unstructured data.
2. Traditional, available tool's performance would be very less, when a huge and massive volume of data is fed as input to it.
3. Available tools will not be suitable for the growing data size. Some times these tools gets crashed when the volume of data exceeds its threshold value.
These are some of the problems in the existing tools.
Hence we need to move to the tools that can handle and overcome all the drawbacks of the existing tool.
Such tools are said to be Big Data tools, in which quite large volume of data can be stored, manipulated and analyzed.
