Let me give some tips for paper presentation
1) Select a topic in which your very much interested for example : Grid computing,Cloud Computing, Biometrics, Ethical Hacking etc
2 ) Read more about that particular topic which you have selected.
3) There are two kind of paper 1.) Study paper and another is 2) Proposal Paper
Study paper is just simply narrating the topic generally
Proposal paper is putting some innovative ideas in the selected topic
Always proposal paper will be given higher preference
4) Start documenting the idea in a exact IEEE format, if you need exact IEEE format please mail me ( praveenkumar558@gmail.com) ill send, because there are many wrong and old format is available in the internet.
5) While Documenting never copy paste from the internet, it can be easily found using the plagiarism checker software
6) After documenting, prepare the slides for the document.
7) Do not copy the text as such from your document into slide.
8) Never use any Transition or any effects for the slide or text in the slide
9) Go for pictorial description in the slide, so that audience will be very much interested. And don't try to include everything in the slide, Bullet only the important points of your paper.
10) Be Bold to face the audience while presenting the paper.
11) Don't worry if you have missed any points or forgot any points, proceed to the next one
12)During the Query Section, do not reply as " Don't know" or keep quite, answer something relevant to the question.
13) Have both .pptx and .ppt format power point presentation.
